The successful Bidder shall inform CEB in writing at least three (3) weeks prior to the carrying out of factory tests

so as to enable sending of one CEB Engineer for witnessing  of  the  factory  tests.    A  ‘Factory  Acceptance  Test

’  schedule  shall  be


mutually agreed between the successful Bidder and the CEB Engineer.

NOTE: All charges inclusive of air tickets, food & hotel accommodation, local transportation and other living expenses

for the CEB Engineer shall be borne by the successful Bidder.

The successful Bidder shall submit to the CEB Engineer the following documents prior to shipment of the incinerator




?     Certificate of Conformity inclusive of the clause ‘We certify that, subject to exceptions or concessions

listed here after, the supplies detailed above were manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications of the

contract, order and that, all inspections and tests having been completed, the supplies comply in every aspect with the

relevant particular specifications, drawings, and relevant standards and regulations in force’.
